February was a strong month for the FleetPulse platform. Every feature we shipped this month started as a direct request from fleet operators like you – focused on reducing idle time, tracking miles more accurately, and removing friction from your day-to-day workflows. Here’s what’s new.
Dwell Time Tiers – Dashboard & Map
Your fleet’s idle assets are now organized into clear tiers right on your dashboard and within Map View: 0-7 days, 7-14 days, 14-30 days, 30-60 days, and 60+ days. Click any number to pull up a detailed table of the trailers in that range. Toggle dwell tiers on the map view to identify yards with the highest concentration of long-dwelling assets.
New Mileage Tab
You asked: “I need to quickly see mileage per VIN to verify usage, bill accurately, and identify high-mileage trailers I should rotate.”
A dedicated Mileage tab now lives in your left-hand navigation. View miles traveled per trailer, rolling average mileage, and sort or filter by asset type, group, VIN, trailer ID, or date range – everything you need to hold vendors accountable and keep your fleet aging evenly.
Bulk Geofence Upload
What we heard: Creating geofences one at a time is too time-consuming. Can we make it easier to create new geofences?
Now it is. Upload a spreadsheet of your yard locations and FleetPulse will convert them into active geofences in just a few clicks – no manual setup required. Once live, those yards are immediately available for Yard Check, dwell time analysis, and virtual lot audits.
One-Click Asset Detail on the Utilization Page
On the utilization page, clicking any bar in graph view now opens a detailed pop-out table showing Trailer ID, VIN, dwell time, group, asset type, and more – all the data you need send a prioritized list to your operations team without any extra steps.
