January Product Update
At FleetPulse, we build what our customers need. This month’s updates address three of the most common requests we’ve heard: a dashboard that puts your priorities first, email reports that are actionable, and visibility tools for companies that lease trailers to others.
Here’s what’s new.
Personalized Dashboards: Your Fleet, Your Way
What we heard: “Can I have a dashboard that gives me my key fleet insights in one place, customized to what I care about?”
We’ve completely revamped the FleetPulse dashboard to surface the metrics that matter most to you. When you log in, you’ll now see:
- Summary stats of your urgent issues at a glance
- Utilization metrics front and center
- Yard visibility for quick location checks
- Quick search to find any trailer on the map instantly
For new users, we’ve also introduced a customized onboarding process. Tell us what matters to you during setup, and we’ll configure your dashboard accordingly – delivering the data you need from day one.
Clearer, More Actionable Email Reports
The request: “Can the emailed reports be clearer and include links to find out more?”
Your FleetPulse email reports have been redesigned to be scannable and actionable. The new format makes it easier to identify what needs attention, and every section now includes a “View Details” link that takes you directly to the relevant information in the platform.
No more digging through menus to find context on an alert. One click, and you’re there.
This is just the beginning – expect continued improvements to our emails reports and alerts throughout 2026.
Lessor Visibility: Track Your Leased Trailers Across Operators
The Request: “I lease trailers to other companies and want to track key metrics like mileage and utilization. Can I do this?”
Yes – and it’s live now.
FleetPulse now supports companies that lease trailers to other operators but need visibility into how those assets are being used. Here’s how it works:
For Lessors: See all the trailers you own across your entire portfolio, regardless of who’s currently operating them. Track mileage, utilization, location, and key metrics in one view.
For Lessees: Only see the trailers assigned to your operation – keeping your view clean and focused.
If you lease trailers and want to explore how this could work for your fleet, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
