Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of the FleetPulse Utilization Report — a powerful new module designed to help you understand your trailer fleet’s true performance and make data-driven decisions that improve profitability.

Fleet owners and operations managers have long struggled with a gap between having data and understanding what it means. Basic utilization dashboards show you idle versus active trailers, but they don’t answer the questions that matter:

Real-Time Utilization Tracking: See exactly how many trailers moved each week or month with intuitive visualizations. Compare your performance against the FleetPulse average to benchmark how you’re doing relative to industry standards.

Flexible Filtering & Segmentation: Analyze utilization by groups, asset types, trailer length, or product type. Need to understand how one group is performing? Filter to see just those assets. Want to compare performance across divisions? Easy.

Drilldown Into Details: Go beyond the numbers. Click any data point to drill down into specific trailers, view dwell times, locations, and identify exactly which assets need attention.

Trending & Insights: See utilization trending over time with built-in moving averages. Visual indicators show whether your utilization is improving or declining — so you can course-correct quickly.

Export & Share: Export detailed dwell reports to share with your team, analyze trends over time, or build custom reports for leadership.

How It Works:

The Utilization module appears as a new tab in your FleetPulse dashboard. When you log in, you’ll see:

• A graph showing moved trailers vs. idle trailers over your selected timeframe (weekly or monthly)
• Your utilization percentage and how it’s trending
• A comparison against FleetPulse’s average utilization across all customers
• Filters to segment by group, asset type, length, or product type
• A table view for detailed analysis
• One-click access to see which specific trailers drove each data point
