What’s New in FleetPulse – May 2026

Ask TrailerAI anything

The most common thing we hear from FleetPulse users: “I know the data is in there — I just can’t always get to it fast enough.”

TrailerAI is the fix. Type a plain-language question into the platform — “Which of my trailers are near San Antonio?” or “Show me trailers with 60+ days of dwell time” — and get the answer directly. No filters to configure, no report to pull. Just ask.

It’s one of several AI-powered improvements coming to FleetPulse this year, all built around the same idea: your data should work for you, not the other way around.

Find a lost trailer faster

When a trailer goes dark, every hour matters. Recovery mode now pushes your FleetPulse device to report as frequently as every 5 minutes — and the moment it’s located, you get an email alert with its current position.

No more waiting on a trailer that last checked in 12 hours ago. When recovery mode is on, you know where it is as soon as it reports.

Manage leased trailers in FleetPulse

If you lease trailers to other operators, you’ve probably been managing those assets outside the platform — spreadsheets, phone calls, a lot of guessing. That ends now.

You can track leased trailers directly in FleetPulse: where they are, how long they’ve been sitting, whether they need maintenance. It doesn’t matter if the trailer is in your yard or someone else’s — you have the same visibility either way.

Share a location without sharing an account

Sometimes you need to show someone where a trailer is — a customer, a carrier, a repair shop — and setting up a login for them isn’t worth the trouble. Now you don’t have to.

Send a guest link. They click it, see the location, done. No app download, no account, no passwords.
